High temperature resistance
Max. temperature is 180°C.
Corrosion resistance
The whole machine is made of PTFE, resistant to various acids: H2SO4, HCI, HNO3, HF, HCIO4, aqua regia, etc.. Resistance to alkali and various corrosive gases.
Temperature uniformity
The temperature difference of each hole≤±1°C.
Accurate temperature control
Temperature can be adjusted according to needs, PID control, temperature control accuracy :±0.1ºC.
No pollution
The heating section is made of PTFE and there is no exposed metal in the whole unit.

Individually designed controllers and heating plates protect electronic components from high temperatures and corrosive environments.

The diameter and depth of the holes can be customised on request.
