High temperature resistance
Max. temperature is 180°C.
Corrosion resistance
The whole machine is made of PTFE, resistant to various acids: H2SO4, HCI, HNO3, HF, HCIO4, aqua regia, etc.. Resistance to alkali and various corrosive gases.
Temperature uniformity
Each hole temperature difference of + / - 1 ºC or less.
Accurate temperature control
Temperature can be adjusted as required, PID control, temperature control accuracy :±0.1ºC.
No pollution
The heating section is made of PTFE, there is no bare metal throughout the unit.
Separate design
Separate design of controller and heating plate keeps electronics away from high temperatures and corrosive environments.
Customized as request
The diameter and depth of the holes can be customised on request.
Safety
Multiple layers of insulation protection. If the unit fails, it will sound an alarm and stop working immediately.
